  1. Soak the pitted dates in water. After two hours of soaking, strain them.
  2. Add dates and two tbs. of coconut oil to a powerful blender. Stir until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add 2 tbs. of cocoa powder and blend well again. And the mixture is ready!
  3. Sprinkle the models (you can use muffin models) with coconut flour and cocoa powder. Fill them up with the mixture and sprinkle with coconut or cocoa.
  4. Put everything together in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour to harden. Take the mini cakes out of the models and sweeten up!
